Project Updates – September

Pushing out layers processing and rolling up layers at KV

The end of September draws near, but we have been lucky with the weather, meaning another productive month for Dunton.

At Hertford, Phase 1 is down to the top of the pile mat, ready for the next stage in the works, and more structures are being unearthed, keeping our plant operators very busy. The final cut has been completed and the troublesome foundation has finally been removed. As the areal shots proved, the team did a great job on the demolition of the wall of River Lea.

At Kilnwood Vale, fantastic outputs have been achieved. At the area of what was the old Bewbush Brook, unsuitable material had been removed.

In September, the weather was ideal for Holly Lane to make good progress. As a result of the team’s determination, the final trim commenced. Ground remediation on an old landfill site could mean unusual discoveries, and it’s very true at Holly Lane.
